Q. 알림이 오지 않아요.

[설정 > 알림 설정]에서 알림이 켜져있는지 확인해주세요. 만약 알림이 꺼져있는 경우, 알림을 켜는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

iOS : 화면 내의 알림 스위치 클릭 > 알림 > 알림 허용 스위치 활성화
•
AOS : 화면 내의 알림 스위치 클릭 > 알림 > 알림 허용 스위치 활성화
•
앱을 완전히 삭제한 후 다시 설치해주세요.
만일 위와 같이 했음에도 알림이 오지 않는다면, 설정 화면의 ‘문의하기’ 버튼을 눌러 문의를 남겨주세요.

Q. 회원탈퇴를 하고싶어요.

회원 탈퇴를 하려면 커플 연결을 먼저 끊어야 해요.

Q. 영문 버전은 이용 불가능한가요?

현재 시그널링 앱에서는 한글만 지원하고 있습니다. 빠른 시일 내로 다양한 언어를 지원할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

Q. 성별은 바꿀 수 없나요?

현재 성별을 변경할 수 있는 기능은 지원하지 않습니다. 빠른 시일 내로 기능을 추가하도록 하겠습니다.

Q. 연결을 끊은 커플 정보를 다시 복구할 수 있나요?

연결이 끊긴 커플의 정보를 다시 복구하는 기능은 현재 지원하지 않습니다.

Q. 해외에서도 앱을 설치할 수 있나요?

2024년 1월 24일 기준, 한국을 제외한 국가의 앱스토어(구글, 애플)에서의 앱 설치는 불가합니다. 빠른 시일 내로 해외에서도 사용하실 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

Q. I’m not receiving notifications.
Please check [Settings > Notification Settings] to see if notifications are turned on. If they are off, follow the steps below to turn them on:
• iOS: Click the notification switch in the screen > Notifications > Enable the “Allow Notifications” switch.
• AOS: Click the notification switch in the screen > Notifications > Enable the “Allow Notifications” switch.
If you’re still not receiving notifications after this, please try deleting and reinstalling the app.
If the issue persists, press the “Contact Us” button on the settings screen to submit an inquiry.
Q. How do I delete my account?
Before you can delete your account, you must first disconnect from your partner.
Steps to delete your account:
Go to Settings > Scroll to the bottom and click “Delete Account.”
Q. Is there an English version of the app available?
Currently, the Signal app only supports Korean. We are working to support more languages as soon as possible.
Q. Can I change my gender?
At the moment, the app does not support changing gender information. We are planning to add this feature soon.
Q. Can I recover the data from a disconnected couple?
Unfortunately, recovering data from a disconnected couple is not supported at this time.
Q. Can the app be installed overseas?
As of January 24, 2024, the app is not available for download in app stores outside of Korea (Google Play, Apple App Store). We are working on making it available globally as soon as possible.
