The widget is stuck on a date that’s not today (click for solution)
Solution:
This can happen due to a system error on your device, preventing the widget from updating to today’s date. Please try fully shutting down your phone and restarting it, which should fix the issue!
I can’t find Signal in the widget list (click for solution)
Solution:
1. Sometimes, due to a system error, the Signal app might not appear in the widget list. Try fully shutting down your phone and restarting it to resolve the issue.
2. For iPhone users, the widget function is only available on iOS 16 or later. Please check your iOS version by going to [Settings > General > Software Update].
I installed the widget, but it’s not displaying anything (click for solution)

If the widget screen appears blank (black or white), it’s likely due to a system error on your device (both Android and iPhone). Restarting your phone should help resolve this issue.
Events aren’t shown as connected when they are continuous (click for solution)
