1. 구독을 중지(취소)하고 싶어요.

구글 플레이 스토어(안드로이드) 또는 앱스토어(애플)의 구독 페이지에서 직접 구독을 취소해주세요.

2. 구독 개월 수를 변경하고 싶어요.

안드로이드, 애플 기종에 따라 다음의 방법을 참고해주세요.

3. 구독을 결제하는 사람을 변경하고 싶어요.

현재 구독 중인 상품을 중지하고, 구독 상품의 다음 결제일에 결제를 원하시는 분이 구독 상품을 구매해주세요.

4. 시그널링 프리미엄 이용 도중 상대방과 커플 연결이 끊겼어요.

커플 연결이 끊겼더라도 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않아요. 구독 결제를 원하지 않을 경우, 직접 구독을 해지해주세요.

5. 시그널링 프리미엄 이용 도중 핸드폰을 바꿨어요.

기존과 동일한 시그널링 계정으로 로그인 이후, 결제 창에서 ‘구매내역 복원하기’를 클릭해주세요.

6. 구매 복원에 실패했어요.

구독 상품을 구매한 당시 사용한 스토어 ID와 동일한 ID인지 확인해주세요.

7. 구독 상품을 구매했는데 무료 체험 기간이 적용되지 않았어요.

과거에 무료 체험 사용 이력이 있는지 확인해주세요.

8. ‘중복 구매 중’이라고 표시돼요.

두 분 모두 구독 상품을 구매한 경우 ‘중복 구매 중’이라는 문구가 표시돼요.

1. I want to cancel my subscription.
Please cancel the subscription directly through the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) subscription page.
Important Notes
• (1) Ensure that you’re using the same Google Play Store account or App Store ID that you used when purchasing the subscription.
• (2) You can cancel your subscription anytime before 24 hours prior to the next billing date.
• (3) Even if you cancel, you can continue using Signal Premium until the next billing date.

2. I want to change the subscription duration.
You can change the duration of your subscription based on the following methods for Android or Apple devices.
The price of the updated subscription will apply after the next billing date of your current subscription.

3. I want to change who pays for the subscription.
To switch the person paying for the subscription, the current subscription needs to be canceled. After the next billing date, the person who wishes to pay can purchase the subscription.
4. What happens to the subscription if I disconnect from my partner during Signal Premium usage?
Even if you disconnect from your partner, the subscription will not be automatically canceled. If you no longer wish to pay, you must cancel the subscription yourself.

5. I changed my phone during Signal Premium usage.
Log in with the same Signal account and restore your purchase history from the payment page.
• If you switched to a device with the same OS (Apple or Android), log in with the same store ID and restore your purchase history.
• If you switched to a different OS, you need to cancel the current subscription and subscribe again on the new device.
6. I failed to restore my purchase.
Verify that you are logged in with the same store ID that was used for the initial purchase.

7. I subscribed, but the free trial period wasn’t applied.
If you have used the free trial before, it won’t be applied again.
8. It says “Duplicate Purchase” on the subscription page.
This message may appear if:
• One of you already has a subscription and the other purchases it.
• Both partners have a subscription and are connected in the app.
In this case, only one subscription is needed for both to use Signal Premium. Please cancel one of the subscriptions.
